Great location, on a walking distance from town. Spotelessly clean apartments, spacious and very friendly hotel staff. Kitchenette nothing special but will do the job for someting simple. The only drawbacks were the aircondition and the refrigerator performance, both were not very powerful. However, value for money choice, exceeded the expectations for 3 star hotel.
